The copyright of the drawings offered for sale belongs solely to me. As a buyer, you may not scan, copy, or otherwise distribute the drawing, except for your own use.

Dispatch

I usually mail your order within one or two business days, to the address you provided. This is done via PostNL. You'll receive a track & trace code for each package.

Packaging

To ensure your order arrives undamaged, it will be securely packed in a bubble envelope or a box, depending on its size.

There are no additional costs for packing.

Damage

All your orders are shipped in perfect condition. However, if anything is damaged during transport, please contact me immediately. I will replace frames and prints as needed.

Pick up/drop off

You can also pick up your order, or in certain cases (for example, if it's near my home or work address), I'll deliver it myself. Please contact me in that case.

Returns

If you wish to return a delivered drawing, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You will receive a full refund.
