This corner building is in Oud Zuid, an affluent neighbourhood in Amsterdam. Its inhabitant moved to a different part of town and wanted a memory of the house where her family lived for many years.

A classic Amsterdam warehouse. The family living at the center bottom was moving abroad and wanted a memory of all the summer nights they spent in their big garden along the waterside.

Sometimes I'm asked to draw multiple houses people lived in over the years. In this case a couple moved from Bangkok to London to Amsterdam. It requires a lot of research and trial and error to match all the scales, and it tells a unique story.

Underneath this iconic parking garage next to the old Jordaan neighbourhood is 'Waterkant' - a popular bar with a great waterside terrace that has changed the perception of this building and made its brutalism cool again.
This drawing was a present for someone who works here.
